Is Paigon gambling?

No. Paigon is a skill-based gaming platform — the outcome of every match is determined entirely by player performance, not by chance. All players in the lobby start with identical conditions, and whoever performs better wins. This is the same model used by chess tournaments, fantasy sports, and other competitive skill games that involve entry fees.

How does the platform fee work?

We take a flat 2% fee from the combined entry pool after a match. In a 3-player match where each player enters $1.00, the combined pool is $3.00, Paigon keeps $0.06 (2%), and the winner receives $2.94. That's it — no deposit fees, no withdrawal fees, no fine print. The percentage is the same regardless of lobby size or who wins.

Is my money safe?

Your balance is stored in your Paigon account and can only be used for match entries or withdrawn back to you. We don't use player funds for anything else. Visit your account page to manage your balance, add funds, or request a withdrawal.

How do I deposit or withdraw funds?

Head to your account page — the Wallet section lets you add Paigon Credits and request withdrawals. Deposits are processed securely via Stripe. Withdrawals are reviewed and processed manually to ensure compliance and security.
