Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Welcome to Paigon ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at paigonco.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before creating an account or depositing funds. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

To create an account and participate in paid competitions on Paigon, you must:

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. Providing false eligibility information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

2. Skill-Based Gaming — Not Gambling

Paigon operates exclusively skill-based competitive games. The outcome of every match is determined entirely by the relative skill, knowledge, reaction time, and decision-making of the participants — not by chance. Paigon does not operate games of chance. Paigon is not a casino, sportsbook, or lottery operator.

Key fairness features that reinforce the skill-based nature of our platform:

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

Paigon is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Fair Play

All players must compete in good faith using only their own unassisted human skill. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Paigon monitors for suspicious patterns including abnormal win rates, timing anomalies, and simultaneous account activity. Accounts found in violation are subject to immediate suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

5. Credits, Deposits & Platform Fee

Credits. Paigon uses a credit system for paid competition entry. USD deposits are converted to Paigon Credits at a rate of $0.10 per PC (1 PC = $0.10 USD; 10 PC = $1.00). Credits are used to enter paid matches and may be redeemed for USD (see Section 6).

Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit to fund your account is $5.00 USD (50 PC). Deposits are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and processing fees.

Platform fee (rake). A 2% service fee is deducted from the total entry pool of each paid match before the winner receives their payout. Example: two players enter a $1.00 match. Combined pool = $2.00. Platform fee = $0.04. Winner receives $1.96.

No transfer. Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no value outside the Paigon platform except as described in Section 6.

Paigon reserves the right to modify rake percentages, minimum deposits, or credit pricing with at least 14 days' advance notice to registered users.

6. Withdrawals & Identity Verification

You may request withdrawal of your Credit balance to USD at any time, subject to identity verification. To process a withdrawal, you may be required to:

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Paigon reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud review, identity verification, or investigation of potential policy violations.

Paigon is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or payment provider when receiving withdrawn funds.

7. Restricted Jurisdictions

Paid skill-gaming competitions with cash prizes are not available to residents of or persons located in the following U.S. states, where applicable law prohibits or materially restricts this activity:

Residents of these states may create an account and play free (no-entry-fee) modes, but may not deposit funds or enter paid competitions. Attempting to circumvent this restriction through the use of a VPN or by providing false location information is a violation of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

This list may be updated as laws change. It is your responsibility to monitor whether your jurisdiction permits participation.

8. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes owed on prizes or winnings received through Paigon, including but not limited to federal, state, and local income taxes. Paigon may be required by law to report winnings above certain thresholds to the IRS and to collect tax identification information from you before processing withdrawals above those thresholds. Paigon does not provide tax advice. Consult a tax professional regarding your obligations.

9. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Informal resolution first. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support channel.

Binding arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you and Paigon agree that any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Exception. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Responsible Gaming

Paigon is a competitive skill platform, not a gambling site. However, we take the wellbeing of our users seriously. If you feel that your use of the platform is becoming compulsive or is negatively affecting your life, we encourage you to:

Paigon reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close accounts where we believe a user may be experiencing harm.

11. Termination

Paigon may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to verify identity when required, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination for cause, remaining credits may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, remaining credits will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

12. Limitation of Liability

Paigon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paigon and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or platform downtime. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the USD value of credits in your account at the time the claim arose.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes — including changes to fees, restricted jurisdictions, or arbitration provisions — we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or a prominent platform notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of Paigon after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
